RCA School Board

The Board of RCA are Christian leaders and believers who are committed to Christian school leaders. Their purpose is to ensure that RCA fulfills its mission statement:

We seek to teach biblical TRUTH and PERSPECTIVE in all academics.

The Board of Ridgecrest Christian Academy seeks God’s wisdom and guidance in all decisions, striving to ensure that His will is accomplished through the ministry of RCA. The Board oversees the strategic direction of the school and safeguards its mission, welfare, and ongoing operation. RCA’s Board governs with a focus on biblically based integrity and truthfulness, strategic leadership, a clear distinction between governance and administration, collective rather than individual decision-making, a forward-looking perspective, and proactive rather than reactive leadership.
