Plans for Expansion
Ridgecrest Christian Academy is expanding! We are excited to announce our intention to expand our school through the 8th grade. As has been our practice since the beginning of the Academy, we will continue to add one grade per year until our expansion is complete. In addition, our school board and church leadership continue to pray, research, and explore the possibility of growing the Academy into the high school grades in the future.
Specifically, the RCA School Board desires the following:
- Commit to providing instruction to students through the 8th grade;
- Make the public aware of our intent to continue exploring further expansion into the high school grades; and
- In partnership with the homeschool program, Ridgecrest Christian School (RCS), identify an expansion plan that will best utilize and steward the resources entrusted to the church.
We are making this decision now because we:
- Desire to continue discipling children into the formative years of middle school;
- Recognize external circumstances will soon warrant a stronger demand on private school education, with very few private schools having the capacity to accept new students; and
- Want to offer parents an opportunity to educate their little ones from the crib to the graduation stage on the same campus.

- Fall 2026 – 7th grade
- Fall 2027 – 8th grade
